Fits: 7.3 Powerstroke 1994.5-1997

NEWLY UPDATED - This kit has received some major upgrades as of June of 2023. It now features our new Billet Filter Heads, which are 100% MADE IN THE USA and represent a significant upgrade in flow capability, configuration flexibility, quality, fit and finish. We also redesigned the mounting bracket numerous times, with a ton of vehicle specific test fitting, to deliver the most flexible and best fitting installation yet!

This kit includes:

All necessary components for a high-volume dual fuel system designed for 1994.5-1997 7.3 Powerstroke engines. It supports up to 250cc injectors and features brand new Bosch electric fuel pumps, billet pre and post pump fuel filter heads, and a mounting bracket assembly for improved fit and flexibility. Additionally, the kit includes rubber-insulated clamps to reduce pump noise and vibration, high quality Baldwin fuel filters, a 5/8" stainless steel fuel tank pickup tube, a 40A OBS fuel pump wiring harness with a pump control module, and all necessary hoses, fittings, clamps, and hardware. The kit comes with full color installation instructions and is made in the USA.

FUEL TANK NOTICE: High Volume Fuel Pumps CAN NOT be used with the OEM Fuel Tank Selector Valve! Use of this kit REQUIRES that the truck pickup and return all fuel to ONLY ONE TANK, bypassing the fuel tank selector valve completely. Attempting to use the fuel tank selector valve with this kit WILL damage the pump(s) and void the warranty!

WIRING NOTE: We provide this kit with a single wiring harness, and instructions that will run BOTH fuel pumps 100% of the time. This is NOT the only way to do it, running dual pumps provides a flexibility that you don't get with a single pump setup, you simply need to purchase a second fuel pump harness (see "Related Products" above) to open up the possibilities. With two separate harnesses, you could have complete, independent control of your fuel pumps from inside the cab. With a pair of toggle switches (not included), you could run the truck on a single fuel pump under "normal driving" conditions, easily alternate back and forth between the pumps so you are not always running the same one, and easily enable the second pump only when you are needing the extra volume.

This kit was designed to mount INSIDE the frame rail, forward of the stock fuel tank. The fully assembled pump bracket requires about 13-15" of straight frame space to allow for the inlet and outlet hoses to route cleanly. If you have a short wheelbase truck or you have other equipment already mounted in the area forward of the fuel tank, you will need to plan on installing the kit on the OUTSIDE of the frame rail. In these cases, care will need to be taken with regard to the parking brake cable and fuel line routing. All of the pictures in the instructions show a system plumbed for INSIDE the frame mounting, but we have tested and confirmed that it will fit outside the frame as well.

COMPATABILITY NOTE: This kit was designed to work with our very popular "7.3L Fuel Bowl Delete" Regulated Return Kit. We supply standard #6AN fittings for making the connection to the fuel inlet at the engine which will mate up perfectly with our 7.3L Fuel Bowl Delete Regulated Return Kit. If you are using this kit with another brand of engine fuel system, make sure that system includes a Fuel Pressure Regulator, you may need additional parts to complete the connection.

This kit uses the Baldwin BF1252 "Pre-Pump" Fuel Filter/Water Separator and the Baldwin BF7633 "Post Pump" Fuel Filter.
