Maximize your 1999-2003 7.3 Powerstroke's performance with BD Turbo Mounted Exhaust Brake. Featuring Variable Orifice Technology and a solid, offset butterfly, this brake delivers up to 150 retarding horsepower throughout the RPM range. Its rugged, cast-iron housing and piston ring-seals ensure durability in high heat environments. Includes corrosion-resistant stainless steel hardware and air compressor.
NOTE:
- Exhaust Back Pressure test gauge kit 1030050 suggested for the set-up of exhaust brakes
- Trucks with automatic transmissions are suggested to also install an AutoLoc for electronic controlled lock-converters, or, a lower stall converter for manual or no lock-up converters
- Will not work on early 1999 PowerStrokes (build date 03/21/99 and earlier)
