BD's 1064492SM 5R110 Transmission and Converter Package includes a Heavy Duty pan to provide added fluid capacity for towing, street, or track use. When you need a reliable transmission that can handle the high power and torque of your diesel, choose BD.
TRANSMISSION:
- Increase the durability of your drivetrain
- BD aluminum HD deep pan, increases oil capacity by 6qt
- Upgraded sump filter
- Replace plastic pressure plugs in valve body with aluminum
- Heavy duty snap ring and blow-off valve to prevent runaway pressure damaging case
- Reworked front pump
- Clutch Count: COAST CLUTCH 3
- Clutch Count: FORWARD 4
- Clutch Count: LOW REVERSE 6
- Clutch Count: INTERMEDIATE 5 (67% increase over stock)
- Clutch Count: DIRECT 6 (20% increase over stock)
- Clutch Count: OVERDRIVE 5 (67% increase over stock)
- Each transmission is dyno tested
TORQUE CONVERTOR:
- Modified stator enhances torque multiplying effect
- Lower rpm response than the stock converter
- Three high performance clutch surfaces
