The BD-Power 1064514SS Transmission & Converter Package Stage 4 is a performance-built transmission for your 2017-2019 Ford 6.7L Powerstroke 4WD. This transmission package includes a stronger transmission with a greater clutch count, high-performance dual surface clutch converter, deep pan and a pressure controller. Dyno tested to ensure all parts work perfectly together, this transmission package comes with matched components for greater reliability.  

The transmission in this Stage 4 package features unique pressure plates that allow for a greater clutch count without sacrificing strength. With more clutches than stock and other aftermarket transmissions, this package is engineered to handle increased torque and horsepower. A brand-new valve body has been included to improved transmission life and ensure there is no contamination.  

The torque converter included with the BD-Power 1064514SS Transmission has a dual surface clutch that can withstand greater loads. Featuring furnace brazed turbine fins & pump, this converter also has a machined reaction ring to replace the bendable factory stamped reaction ring. These components combine to make the optimal replacement for the worn-out stock converter and make it the ideal choice for towing or street use.   

A key component in the BD-Power 1064514SS Transmission & Converter Package Stage 4 is the BD-Power 6R140 Pressure Controller. The pressure controller delivers up to 300 PSI of line pressure to offer up to 76% more theoretical holding power. This unit is not active fulltime unlike solenoid foolers or plugs as it is only activated when boost reaches over 15 PSI. The pressure controller will not create any excess heat when disengaged as it does not create parasitic load when not in use.
