Cold Air In
The Banks Ram-Air maximizes the OEM front Ram-Air funnel's capabilities by removing the factory airbox's "S shaped" rubber snorkel in favor of a direct connection to the front scoop. This enhances air density and lowers restriction within the sealed box, improving power and throttle responsiveness at high speeds. Fresh air is constantly pumped into the airbox from outside the engine bay, keeping intake temperatures low and density high.
Block The Heat
Both inside and out, the Banks Ram-Air combats heat. Its XLPE molded construction is more robust and lightweight than alternative metal tubes or heat shield designs, and it rejects external heat better.
